Our History
Founding of SaoMai Software JSC
SaoMai Software JSC was founded in February 2002. It worked mainly in consulting, supplying, and building IT solutions and services, and provided outsourcing for partners in Japan, Europe, the United States, and other markets.
Establishment of SaoMai Solution Group JSC
On 25/12/2008, SAO MAI, formerly SaoMai Software JSC, officially became SaoMai Solution Group JSC. The group is a strong technology group working across IT, automation, and electronics and telecommunications. Its team of highly qualified engineers and consultants has many years of experience and is highly regarded and trusted by partners and customers.
Business Diversification
SaoMai Solution Group JSC continued to build on the solid foundation of SaoMai Software JSC. It also expanded its ecosystem by establishing a new member company, SaoMai High Technology JSC (SaoMai High Tech). The Group then focused on developing new technology solutions, expanding its range of services, and strengthening its market presence. The aim was to give customers more diverse and modern solutions that closely match their real needs.
Industry Cooperation and Partnerships
SaoMai Solution Group JSC (SaoMai Solution Group) established the SSG Alliance, which brings together mechanical engineering factories in Vietnam. The alliance aims to connect resources, strengthen manufacturing capabilities, and promote cooperation for sustainable development in the mechanical engineering sector.
Development of New Technology Products
After 20 years of growth, SaoMai Solution Group JSC has become a strong technology group with two member companies: SaoMai Software JSC (SaoMai Soft) and SaoMai Technology JSC (SaoMai Tech). This milestone also marks a turning point for Sao Mai. The company now offers packaged technology products as well as solutions. Its range includes energy saving, QC Gate, Camera AI, Smart Box, MES, Traceability, automated warehouse management, spare parts management, and maintenance management. With this foundation, SSG is steadily establishing itself as a long-term technology partner, supporting businesses in their digital transformation and sustainable development.
